Kim, Nate and Matthew were awesome! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Kim is the only one I will work with as far as sales agents go, absolutely love working with her! With the damage to the building though, they NEED a printer/copier and a small refrigerator in the space where they are. I found it ridiculous that every time they offered a drink or had to make a copy of something, they had to walk all the way to the service center to do/get what they needed. To no fault of their own, I was there 4 hours even after doing a lot of what they needed before I even drove out there. They need more office supplies so they DO NOT have to leave a customer waiting for them to walk somewhere else to accomplish what they need to complete a sale
